Lizimas Store

Become a Vendor on Lizimas Store

Lizimas Store is a marketplace — alongside the products we sell directly, approved third-party vendors list and sell their own products through the platform. Here's exactly what you'll need before you apply. Ready already? Start your application.

Individual sellers

If you're registering as an individual rather than a company, you'll need:

Your national ID number

Entered as text during your application.

A photo of your national ID

Uploaded as a supporting document. We accept .jpg, .png, .webp, or .pdf.

Company sellers

If you're registering as a company, you'll need five things on hand:

Your URSB business registration number

Entered as text, and backed up with a copy of your business registration document.

Your TIN (Tax Identification Number)

Entered as text, and backed up with a copy of your tax certificate.

Your VAT number

Entered as text, and backed up with a copy of your VAT certificate.

Form 20

Your company's particulars-of-directors filing with URSB, uploaded as a document.

For company applications, we also manually check your registration number against the URSB eRegistry before your account can be verified — one extra step beyond the documents themselves, worth knowing about if review takes a little longer for company accounts than individual ones.

Non-Ugandan sellers

If you're not a Ugandan citizen, you'll also need to upload a copy of your work permit, whether you're applying as an individual or a company.

Getting paid

Once your account is set up, you'll add a payout account — Mobile Money or bank — so we know where to send what you earn.

The account holder name must match your verified identity

For an individual, that's the name on your account. For a company, that's your registered business name. A mismatched name is never accepted — this protects both you and us from a compromised or mistaken payout going to the wrong place.

Supporting evidence

A bank certificate or Mobile Money statement showing the account is genuinely yours. This is required before an account can be approved for payouts.

How review works

After you submit your information and documents, your application moves to Submitted, then Under review while our team checks everything. From there you'll be marked Verified, or if something needs fixing, Action required with a note on exactly what to correct and resubmit. You can track your status at any point from your vendor dashboard.

Getting started

Registration itself only takes a few minutes — the documents above are confirmed afterward, from your vendor dashboard once you're logged in.
