Import Products
Upload a .csv, .xlsx or .xls file to add or update several products at once. Download a template.
Required: name, desired_payout (what you want to earn per unit). Usually: stock, description, category (an existing category name), weight_kg, length_cm, width_cm, height_cm. Optional: sku, brand, warranty_months, gtin, mpn, material, color, sleeve, style, length, fit, pattern, care_instructions, occasion.
Photos: put at least 3 photo links in the images column, separated by |. Each photo is downloaded and checked like an uploaded one (at least 800×800, under 5MB, sharp, well lit). A product that ends up with fewer than 3 good photos is saved as a draft - open it, add photos and submit it. Up to 100 rows with photo links per file.
Give a row an id or a sku that matches one of your products to update it; anything else creates a new listing. New and changed listings go to Lizimas for approval, same as adding one by hand.

Follow the Content & Image Guidelines: use an accurate name and description, list everything included, enter your desired payout in UGX (Lizimas calculates the customer price for you), and at least three clear photos that show the actual item. New listings are reviewed before they go live.

Optional key/value facts shown on the product page (e.g. Material: Cotton, Battery Life: 10 hours) — the same structure staff and admin listings use, so your products read consistently on the storefront.

Choose colours and/or sizes and press Save Colours/Sizes. Then make the table - one row per colour, size, or colour + size - and fill in stock, payout and SKU for each. Ticking "Use these stock numbers" replaces the single Stock field above.
Inventory
Keep an eye on stock levels across your catalogue. Low stock is 5 units or fewer; out of stock is 0.
Stock Recommendation
Orders
Move each item through New → Accepted → Processing → Ready for Handover, then prepare it per the Packaging Guidelines and Fulfilment Guidelines and mark it handed over. Lizimas Store inspects each item before accepting it and taking over delivery.
Returns Awaiting Collection
Failed deliveries and customer returns come back here. Collect within 7 days from the original drop-off point, or within 21 days total once moved to the central hub — after that the item may be forfeited.
Returns & Refunds
Why an item came back, any evidence photo Lizimas attached, Lizimas' refund decision, and the recorded amount. This is separate from the Returns tab, which is only about physically collecting the item back. Lizimas makes the final call on every refund - you can add your own response below any return.
Account Statements
Your earnings are paid out on a weekly cycle (Monday to Sunday). Each closed cycle generates a statement you can download, and Lizimas sends your MoMo payout after admin review.

Payment Information
Reviewed payout accounts. A pending or approved instrument can't be edited directly - only a rejected one can be corrected and resubmitted. Upload a bank certificate or MoMo statement as evidence before it can be approved.

Request authorization to sell as (Official Brand Store) or for (Authorized Distributor) a specific brand. Verified authorizations show as a storefront badge. Starting a request below creates it, then lets you upload that brand's required documents and submit for review.

Shop Status
Turning on Holiday Mode temporarily delists all of your active products from Lizimas Store, so customers can't place new orders with you while you're away. Orders already placed before Holiday Mode starts still need to be fulfilled as normal. Your shop and products come back automatically on the end date you choose.
